I always quietly laugh just a little bit, silently to myself whenever I meet with a client, associate or friend for the third or fourth time in a week at one of the popular coffee shop like Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf, or Starbucks or … if those pesky and persistent Madison Avenue Advertising Geniuses / Genies blink us into magically buying into the idea of ole’ Dunkin Donuts being #1 … and my coffee guzzling pal tells me once again how they simply can’t afford a monthly membership to a gourmet coffee club.
According to several recent university and hospital medical studies, as well reports from the sources such as the New York Times and Web MD, Gourmet Coffee may not just be the wisest choice you can make based on its obvious superior quality and taste, but also because of it’s helpful health benefits gained from drinking “The Good Stuff!”
With the economy continuing to be sluggish and full, complete economic recovery still somewhere over that distant horizon, we gourmets need to continue to share information that will help us all continue to live the gourmand “life style” that we have come to love and desire, while using the wisest helpful tips to successfully cut back on costs on those things that have been deemed “nice,” but not necessarily “Necessary!”
