Guacamole Recipe

Guacamole Recipe

Guacamole is one of the most popular recipes to make with ripe avocados, and for good reason. This delicious dip is a popular appetizer for entertaining and will be one of the first dishes to disappear at a game day party or summer potluck. But it can also be used many other ways. On a tortilla chip or on a burger, this recipe is easy to make using ripe avocados from Gourmetfoodclubs.com’s Avocado of the Month Club. Personalize it by changing up the peppers used. Don’t like tomatoes? Simply leave them out. Make it more gourmet by garnishing with pepitas and cotija cheese. Hand-mash for a chunky texture, or process in a food processor for a creamy texture. It’s all up to you. Enjoy!
